What if a video fails?
Its credits come back to your balance automatically, and the refund shows in your credit history. You don't need to ask.
Can I get my money back?
Credits for failed videos are returned automatically. For credit packs you have not used, see the refund policy.
Can I post and monetize the videos?
TODO: confirm the content rights policy. Suggested: You may publish the videos you order on any platform, including monetized channels, edit them and use them commercially. No credit to us is needed. Label them as AI-generated where a platform asks you to. You may not resell them as stock footage.
Which languages are supported?
Stories can be told in English, Russian, Spanish, Polish or French. Each language is its own audience, with its era, places and legends. The site itself is in English and Russian.
How long does a video take?
About 12 minutes on Lite, 15 on Studio and 20 on Cinema, plus any wait in the queue. You can close the page: the video waits for you in your account.
Can I write my own plot?
Yes. Describe the events and the ending in up to 600 characters, and our AI builds the story around them.
Do I connect my TikTok or YouTube account?
